I choose to work outside of insurance so that our therapy can be shaped by you, not by external systems. In this space, we are free to attend to what matters most to you, without needing to translate your experience into diagnoses or predetermined outcomes, and this provides room to sit with complexity, uncertainty, and the deeper questions that often arise in seasons of loss or transition.

This approach allows for greater privacy and flexibility, creating space for work that is slower, deeper, and more intentional — honoring the complexity of being human and the pace at which real healing unfolds.
