Somatic and IFS-Informed Trauma Therapy in Phoenix, Arizona
Trauma touches every part of our reality.
It can fracture our sense of self, distort how we see the world, and disrupt the way we relate to others. It often shakes our understanding of meaning itself. And while trauma may leave us feeling broken, it is possible to slowly gather the pieces—tending to what has been wounded and reclaiming what’s been lost.
There is life beyond—and alongside—trauma. Even if it doesn’t feel possible right now, please know that there is hope. There is beauty to be discovered, and moments of stillness to be found.
I have experience working with survivors of childhood abuse/childhood trauma, adulthood trauma, sexual assault, and complex or chronic trauma.
“The cure for the pain is in the pain.”
I provide a space for you to slowly build your capacity to turn towards your trauma and reconnect to life and yourself again. Even if it may not feel like it right now, you will be able to heal yourself and your relationships, as well as be able to navigate the world with a sense of purpose and connection.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other trauma-informed approaches, we’ll tend to the wounded parts of you—from the somatic to the metaphysical—honoring the full depth of your experience.
